This is a multi-center, open-label, and dose-finding study to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of ATG-037 monotherapy and combination therapy with pembrolizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
