What is a cancer care coordinator?
At Icon a dedicated cancer care coordinator will support you and your loved ones from when you receive your diagnosis, through your treatment and beyond.
Your coordinator is an experienced oncology nurse who will guide you through your individual care pathway. They are a caring familiar face who will support your clinical treatment, your emotional and psychosocial needs, and provide reinforcement and clarification of information to assist through your decision-making process. This comprehensive, coordinated service means you will feel supported every step of the way.
