Icon’s Consumer Partnership Committee
Icon’s Consumer Partnership Committee (CPC) is part of our commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring that patients have an ongoing say in all service discussions. The knowledge of our members gives invaluable insight to our staff, and together we make a true difference for our current and future patients.
If you want to share your experience of cancer or provide advice, feedback and guidance on the delivery of patient services, we encourage you to reach out to us.
Our volunteer committee members understand firsthand what it is like to have cancer, or support someone with cancer. They're our past patients, carers and community representatives from all walks of life who are dedicated to making cancer a bit easier for someone else.
CPC member contributions may include, but is not limited to:
Reviewing performance data and providing suggestions for improvement
Advising on our patient information and how we deliver it
Participation in quality improvement projects
Participation in accreditation
Consultation during the design of treatment centres
You can be involved in a number of ways and are not required to be a formal advisory member to give input or make suggestions.

Icon Cancer Foundation
Icon Cancer Foundation is a not-for-profit charity that works with Icon Group’s (Icon) team of dedicated doctors and researchers to support critical cancer research and fund some patient support programs.
The Foundation funds clinical trials and studies carried out by Icon’s own doctors and researchers. This research is known as Investigator Initiated Trials which can be costly and are not funded by pharmaceutical companies.
