Improvements, suggestions and feedback are welcome via our patient & carer feedback form or by contacting your local Icon Cancer Centre. In line with the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights, patients, families, and carers have the right to provide feedback without it affecting their care, and to have concerns addressed transparently and promptly. Your feedback helps us learn, improve, and enhance the care experience.
Icon Consumer Partnership Committee
If you want to share your experience and provide advice, feedback and guidance on the delivery of patient services, you might like to consider being a part of our Consumer Partnership Committee. You can be involved in a number of ways and are not required to be a formal committee member to give input or make an improvement suggestion.
