I believe that genetic care should empower individuals and families with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect and evidence-based care. I’m passionate about making genetic information meaningful and accessible, supporting patients with clarity and compassion throughout their journey.
Dr Minmin Li is a dual-trained cancer geneticist and medical oncologist at Icon Cancer Centre Wesley, holding fellowships in both medical oncology and clinical genetics through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). She completed specialist training across major tertiary hospitals in New South Wales and currently holds appointments in Brisbane and at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney.
Dr Li is committed to improving outcomes for individuals with hereditary cancer syndromes through personalised surveillance, risk-reducing strategies and emerging therapies. She serves as Co-Chair of the Cancer Genetics Reference Committee for eviQ, contributing to national guidelines for genetic testing and cancer risk management.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr Li is actively involved in prospective genetics research, education and mentoring, and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles. Dr Li is fluent in English and Mandarin, ensuring patients and their families feel comfortable communicating in their preferred language.
