Biography
Dr Michelle Or provides compassionate, patient-centred cancer care. She values clear, open communication and works closely with patients and their families to support informed decision-making throughout treatment.
Dr Michelle Or is a radiation oncologist at Icon Cancer Centre Norwest and Icon Cancer Centre Gosford. She completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR). She also holds a Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Sydney.
Dr Or has experience in treating a wide range of cancers and has a particular interest in genitourinary, haematological, gastrointestinal and skin cancers, as well as stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). She is currently a Visiting Medical Officer at Central Coast Cancer, Gosford hospital and previously worked as a Staff Specialist in Radiation Oncology within Western Sydney Local Health District.
Dr Or is actively involved in research and has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications focused on improving cancer treatment and outcomes. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored treatment plans, supporting each patient through their treatment journey.
