Biography
Dr Joseph Noye is a clinical haematologist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of malignant and non-malignant blood disorders. He is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes and support patients throughout their treatment experience.
Dr Joseph Noye is a dual-trained haematologist and haematopathologist, holding Fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. His combined clinical and laboratory expertise provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and managing complex haematological conditions.
Dr Noye completed a Master of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) at the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland. He undertook advanced haematology training at leading tertiary centres including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Cairns Base Hospital, gaining broad experience across inpatient, outpatient and consultative haematology.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Noye has specialist experience in haemato-pathology, including molecular haematology and next-generation sequencing. He is actively involved in research, education and clinical governance, with published work and presentations in areas such as thrombosis and myeloproliferative neoplasms.
