Biography
Dr Aw is an Australian trained Urologist and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Upon completion of his medical training at Monash University (Melbourne), he underwent rigorous urology training in various centres around Victoria before completing his fellowship in urologic oncology and general urology at Austin Hospital.
Dr Aw is well-published in international peer reviewed scientific journals. He remains committed to academic excellence, and is regularly involved with the training of junior doctors and aspiring surgeons. He has conducted various educational workshops for hospital staff and GPs at Curtin University.
Dr Aw is also the supervisor of urology fellows at Royal Perth Hospital. He consults several times a week at his Midland rooms. He operates at St John of God Midland, Mount Lawley and Subiaco. He also holds a public consultant position in Royal Perth Hospital.
Dr Aw consults at Icon Cancer Centre Midland on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
