Biography
Dr Restall is an experienced clinical haematologist at Icon Cancer Centre Wesley, Chermside, and North Lakes. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2003 and completed fellowships in clinical haematology and haematopathology in 2012 and 2013, respectively, through the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia (RCPA) and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
He brings broad haematological expertise to private practice, having trained as a clinical haematologist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and laboratory haematologist with Pathology Queensland. In addition to his primary practice locations, Dr Restall also consults at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital and Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg.
He treats a wide range of malignant and non-malignant blood disorders, with special clinical interests in leukaemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplasia, myeloproliferative neoplasms, thrombosis and haemostasis.
