A/Prof Myo Min is a clinician with a strong interest in research. He believes in patient-centred care and is always keen to work with patients and their families in providing evidence-based healthcare.
Biography
A/Prof Myo Min completed his specialist training in radiation oncology at Royal Adelaide Hospital, in Adelaide in 2014. He then pursued post-graduate sub-specialist training in head and neck, gastro-intestinal and skin malignancies at Liverpool/Campbelltown Hospitals, in Sydney. During his post training fellowship years, he also undertook a PhD program, at University of New South Wales, investigating the role of functional imaging in head and neck cancer.
He then completed his PhD in medicine in 2016. He is currently a staff specialist (radiation oncology) at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. His main areas of interest are head and neck cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, lung cancer and skin cancer.
